NATHANAEL STEVENSON STARTED ADROIT MEDIA IN MARCH OF 2016 - AFTER RECEIVING HIS BFA IN FILMMAKING FROM UW-MILWAUKEE’S PECK SCHOOL OF THE ARTS - IN ORDER TO KICKSTART HIS CAREER AS A CREATIVE VIDEO FREELANCER. SINCE THEN, HE HAS WORKED ON SHORT FILMS, WEDDINGS, COOKING SHOWS, TRAVEL SHOWS, ADVERTISEMENTS, commercials, POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS, WEB SERIES, DOCUMENTARIES AND MORE. HE TAKES PRIDE IN BEING A JACK OF ALL TRADES WHEN IT COMES TO CREATING VIDEO CONTENT IN THE NEW DIGITAL AGE. WHETHER IT’S AN INSTAGRAM STORY OR A FEATURE FILM, HE BELIEVES THAT IN ORDER TO MAKE A VIDEO GREAT, IT NEEDS AN HONEST AND COMPELLING STORY MORE THAN IT NEEDS A SUPER EXPENSIVE CAMERA. THE CREATORS MUST HAVE RECEPTIVENESS TO CRITIQUE AND CREATIVE INPUT, AND BE ABLE TO SUSPEND THEIR EGOS.
